At Alishan Perumes, we strive to provide high-quality fragrances and ensure customer satisfaction. As opened or used products cannot be reused or resold,the items cannot be returned to the seller once delivered.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Our products are not eligible for return/exchange.
1.2 Alishan Perfumes is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the product.
1.3 All our shipping and packaging processes undergo strict quality control measures,however in rare cases if you do receive a damaged,defective or incorrect product,kindly get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with all the necessary proofs at info@alishanperfumes.com  and we will assist you.
1.4 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and an unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items ,damaged or incorrect product,which has to be made
1.5 Return requests must be initiated within 24 hrs of receiving the order.
2.Refund Policy
2.1 If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
2.2 The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge as they are not refundable by delivery partners.
2.3 If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting our support team.
3. Non-Returnable Items
3.1 Gift cards, promotional items, and free samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3.2 Products that have been used, altered, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
4.Cancellation Policy
